Soros Fund Management (“SFM”) has recently become aware of fraudulent activity involving individuals and groups falsely claiming to be affiliated with SFM on social media platforms, email and messaging applications, and fraudulent websites. The deceptive conduct includes impersonating SFM employees, soliciting individuals to participate in investment activities, and using fake domains, email accounts, or online profiles that appear connected to SFM. These activities are entirely unauthorized and are not affiliated with SFM in any way.
SFM is a family office and does not seek, solicit or accept investors that are not eligible family clients. SFM does not solicit investment opportunities through social media platforms, messaging applications, or similar channels. Legitimate business communications from SFM will come only from official @soros.com email addresses. Emails from any other domains claiming to represent SFM are not authorized and should be treated as fraudulent and disregarded.
SFM and its partners, employees, directors, officers, advisors, successors, and agents are not responsible for the conduct, services, or information provided by unauthorized third parties. If you believe you or someone you know has been targeted or affected by fraudulent activity, please report it to your local law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory agencies.
